vorafashionstore provides worldwide insured express delivery through our logistics partners DHL Express and FedEx Priority. All shipments are fully tracked and insured against loss or damage during transit.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. During peak seasons (such as holiday periods and collection launches), processing times may be extended to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your vorafashionstore purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact our concierge team to initiate a return. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Once our atelier inspects the returned piece and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will prioritize your exchange and ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
